Responsibilities:
- Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
- Assist in liaising and providing follow-up service to existing and potential customers
- Make response to customer’s queries and provide customer services
- Perform documents controlling and filing for quality check
- Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager and management
- Coordinate with internal departments upon request by overseas agents / customers
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- CET(College English Test)-6 or above
- Graduates with at least 2 years’ experience in shipping or transport-related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Access
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered if major in shipping business or related fields.
