职位描述：
－Assessment and scouting of local suppliers
－Establishing purchase agreements and related technical and quality documents
－Accountable for a set of MMD E&S Shanghai periodical supplier contracts/ price lists and accountable to secure a pipeline of purchasing initiatives, right prioritization and follow up of the executions
－Participate to weekly purchasing Improvement meetings
－Within MMD E&S Shanghai support improvements for purchased material and suppliers (Local and Global)
－Accountable that the requirements for purchased articles at different external workshops in MMD E&S Shanghai are aligned
－Support the execution of purchasing projects (Global and Local)
－Communicate significant changes of forecast to MMD E&S Shanghai Purchasing manager
－Support the implementation of supply chain strategy and global tool in MMD E&S
－Able to issue periodical reports to MMD E&S Shanghai Purchasing manager
－Update suppliers documentations on files
－Monitor and manage suppliers performances
－Handle reported suppliers non-conformances
－Approve suppliers, according to procedures
－Evalutate quotations, select suppliers, negotiate and establish purchase agreements
－Be responsible for fulfilling the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for own area

Knowledge:
－Master degree in Engineering with at least 5 years procurement/supply chain experience with 3 years’ experience in similar role
－Technical flair
－Financial and legal insight
－Background within an automotive/white goods purchasing office will be an asset
－Experience in the Marine, Diesel, Power or O&G industries will be an asset
－Mechanical-electrical commodities market knowledge will be an asset
－AS/400
－Solid knowledge and experience of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
