职位描述：
Responsible for complete lifecycle of rolling stock electrical propulsion and auxiliary system product development(Developments will mainly be specific application engineering changes or improvements to existing product platforms to meet project specific customer requirements.)
负责轨道电气牵引与辅助系统产品生命周期间的开发。（开发主要基于既有平台产品进行项目应用特定的工程改进与完善）；
Project specific electrical engineering design application work, based on standard Bombardier platforms will generally be performed as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, in conjunction with a Bombardier PPC electrical engineering team; BCP Electrical Application Engineers shall develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, and closely cooperate with the other team members to ensure that design requirements are achieved, BCP development processes are followed and product integrity is maintained.
基于庞巴迪标准平台产品进行项目特定电气应用设计，与庞巴迪PPC电气工程专业组作为多专业项目开发团队的一部分，BCP电气应用工程师必须开发实用与创新工作方法以识别并满足功能目标，同时与其它团队紧密合作确保设计要求得以满足，且符合BCP设计开发流程，并维持产品系列的完整性；
Typical responsibilities for allocated development tasks would include:
oRequirements capture
oElectrical performance feasibility analysis, cost and timescale estimation, and risk evaluation of equipment
oParticipation in technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
oPreparation & implementation of product development plans
oConcept, preliminary & detailed design, including:
-Definition of electrical and mechanical interfaces
-Performing electrical & thermal calculations
-Selection of electrical components
-Issue of specifications and design documentation.
-Preparation of electrical schematics, wiring tables & routing drawings
-Preparation and issue of manufacturing drawings.
-Preparation of test specifications
oRAMS analysis
oDesign review, including preparation & presentation of design material.
oSupport manufacturing, test & commissioning activities.
oPrepare Operations & Maintenance manual material.

o支持生产、试验与调试活动

Additional work tasks include:-Provide technical support and instruction to production departments; assist solving of electrical technical problems during manufacture of traction and auxiliary equipment.
指导运营生产部门技术操作，协助解决牵引设备箱生产制造过程中电气技术问题。
-Prepare routine test and type test specification for designed traction and auxiliary equipments; supervise the performance of relevant tests to ensure they are correctly performed and documented, (selection & approval of an appropriate test institute may be required; prepare type reports.
编制所设计的牵引、辅助系统设备的例行、型式试验大纲及指导相应试验与报告；
-Provide active technical support to Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve electrical design and interface problems in a timely manner.
为公司销售与售后服务中有关电气设计、接口问题提供必要的技术支持。
-Maintain configuration control of product documentation, and perform specific electrical design modifications and improvement according to requirements from customer or project management team following the Engineering Change process.
根据用户或项目部门的要求与工程更改流程进行特定电气设计修改与设计改进；
-Conduct Electrical Hazard Analysis, EMC, FEMA, and RAMS analysis on locally designed electrical system.
对本地化设计的电气系统进行危害性分析、FEMA 及RAMS方面的相关分析
-Provide drawings for locally design parts for general system analysis and integration.
与PPC电气工程小组协作，提供本地设计电路图纸用于主电路系统分析与整合
-To be responsible for HSE & Bombardier Operating System (BOS) responsibilities related to this position.
负责本岗位在HSE体系中的有关职责,本岗位在BOS中的有关职责.
-Perform relevant tasks commanded by superior

Qualifications任职资格：
-MSC or BSC in Electrical Engineering (Vehicle engineering/ power electronic or electronic engineering in addition is desirable.)
车辆电气工程相关专业学士或硕士学历。
-Master Electrical design & simulation software such as AutoCAD, PROTEL，MATLAB etc.
熟练掌握电路设计与仿真软件，如AutoCAD, PROTEL，MATLAB-Good communication with team.
良好的沟通与团队配合-Have strong team-work, sense of responsibility, strong work ethic.
