Job Accountabilities:
- Review HR policies and procedures, and propose changes when necessary;
- Monitor changes of legal requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are complied with the law;
- Review employee benefit programs and propose cost effective changes to maintain competitive programs in place;
- Prepare annual manpower plan and staff cost budget, and monthly HR reports
- Conduct recruitment and selection in 3 offices ;
- Coordinate with Department Heads for staff movement e.g. internal transfer;
- Handle monthly payroll and administer employee benefit programs;
- Maintain and up-date staff records and HR system;
- Prepare and submit statutory reports e.g. mandatory benefits contribution list and monthly IIT filing
- Coordinate and assist in planning staff activities;
- Organize staff orientation and training programs;
- Counsel problem staff and handle labour disputes;
- Handle ad hoc tasks e.g. compliance issues as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- University graduate with major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience and 3 years in manager capacity in sizable corporations;
- Solid experience in handling China HR issues;
- Well versed in Labour Law, and any other local regulations or human resource practices;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- High proficiency in English and Chinese
- Good at numbers and statistics;
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Willing to travel occasionally;
