职位描述：
主要工作职责：
1. 确保生产车间人员所有活动符合集团安全程序及当地安全法规的要求；
2. 确保生产操作流程符合ISO9000及公司的相关规定，并持续改进公司的质量体系及文化；
3. 在确保安全、质量的前提下按时完成生产目标；
4. 对车间一线人员进行管理： 包括绩效管理、奖惩管理、培训管理、5S管理等；
5. 其他上级经理安排的工作。

职位要求：
1. 化学工程、弹药工程、特种能源及烟火技术等相关专业优先；
2. 应届毕业生优先
3. 良好的英语技能（听说读写能力）
4. 良好的计算机应用能力
5. 协调、沟通、解决问题的能力

Orica (Weihai –OEW) have two factories and their related infrastructure on a green fields site in the village of Gushan, Weihai, Shandong Province. These facilities will include an “Exel” non-electric detonator plant of 14 million units capacity and a Powergel explosive plant of 3000 tonnes capacity. OEW got the SGS ISO9001:2000 certification in 2006 . Eight years after OMS entry into China, OEW has developed its business with over 200 employees serving over 140 domestic customers in open cut mines, underground non-coal mines, quarries and constructions.
