职位描述：
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
收集及分析同行业竞争品牌零售渠道动态信息；
Collect and analysis retail industry competition information.
收集及分析百货商场、购物中心等业态类型，制订品牌零售开发计划，并根据公司安排制订实施年度零售开发计划；
Collect and analysis department store and shopping center business type, draft brand retail development plan. Draft and implement yearly retail development plan according to company arrangement.
不断寻找新潜力商圈，并进行调查研究及结果追踪、分析；
Source, investigate, research, track and analysis new potential retail district.
调查、分类和汇总百货商场及购物中心信息，提供零售店铺选址建议；
Investigate, categorize and summary department store and shopping center information, propose retail business district store selection.
与目标甲方进行就租金、物业费等合作条件商务谈判并签订合同；
Negotiate rental, management fee with selected stores and sign the contract.
负责协调公司内部各部门做好新店开业筹备工作，并确保按时开业；
Responsible to coordinate other department prepare and ensure new store opening in time.
完成公司安排的其他工作。
Finish other tasks assigned by the company.

任职要求：
Requirements:
大专或以上学历，经济或法律等相关专业优先考虑；
College above education, major in economics and law is prefered.
零售门店开发拓展工作4年以上工作经验，国际、国内知名连锁品牌开发经验优先考虑；
4 years plus retail store development experience, famous international or domestic brand work experience is prefered.
出色的店面选址能力和较强的沟通谈判技巧；
Excellent retail store selection skills, good communication and negotiation skills;
性格耐心、细致，良好的逻辑判断能力和分析能力；
Patient, detail-oriented with good logical judgement and analysis skills.
较强的综合项目协调能力和项目管理经验，善于预防和处理突发事件；
Good project coordination and management experience, be proactive and capable to handle crisis.
能够处理好人际关系，有团队合作精神；
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirits.
抗压能力强，可适应频繁出差；
Able to handle stress and frequent travel.
良好的英语听说读写；
Good command of verbal and written English skills.
具备良好的PC知识及技能。
