职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Report to Operation Director
? Look after the entire daily operations of the business;
? Provide leadership and input for all company plans;
? Lead Finance- and Accounting, Supply Chain, IT and HR Managers;
? Drive and oversee the implementation of operational process;
? Coach and mentor management team members;
? Set specific KPIs, review, assess and monitor performance progress on regular basis;

Requirements:
? University degree with 10+ years of substantial working experience at senior management level;
? Strong leadership competencies to support competitive, profitable and fast growing organization;
? A good negotiator with strong business sense;
? B2C and strong consumer and/or luxury brand working experience is preferred but not a must;
? Excellent communication and team-building skills;
? Well organized with analytical mind;
? Hands-on, “builder” mentality
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
? Passion for clean air.
