岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities:
？ New customer ODM on board
? Work with senior management team to ensure contract negotiations are accomplished piror to program lunch. Ensure business model is defined and all process setps documented and risks analysis
? Work with customer and internal Veritiv team to manage system set up
? Lead the customer audit and related on boarding procedure
？ Program launch and implementation
? Overall program leader managing project schedule and execution of the design, qualification, pricing, tooling, testing, product manufacturing, ECO, quality, inventory control, EOL, ect.
? Manage detailed specifications and BOM, TOPs model, testing report and all the key milestones communication with the customer and Veritiv stakeholders
? Works with BDM’s in coordination of all design, first article and production launch requirements
Assures appropriate Specification documentation, tracking, storage and revision control.
Coordinates New product design scheduling and delivery
? Participates in Quality assurance audits of suppliers as necessary
Coordinates Customer Forecast and Purchase Orders with Sourcing and Operations team
? Assure Customer Contract Pricing and Supplier Contract price
? Develops, recommends, and executes product innovation and cost savings initiatives to reduce overall business expenses
？ Account management
? Manage overall project expenses and ROI
? Lead CFT members and suppliers to ensure COS to ODM on required inventory build, delivery service and quality level
? Establish and measure key indicators for Veritiv performance and hold quarterly business reviews with Gather project information and initiate/facilitate project kick-off meetings to ensure all parties have complete understanding of the project scope and requirements
? Responsible for coordinating the efforts of sales organization towards Customer Engagement efforts and track associated metrics.
? Manage Large, Complex Customer Programs
? Coordinate and Manage dedicated Customer Resources
? Provide a Single Point of Management for all Sales Operation Functions
? Manage Profitability and Revenue Growth Plans
? Communicate and maintain project timelines
? Apply understanding of customer business needs to establish solid customer relationships and facilitate problem-solving
? Demonstrate thorough understanding of client's brand standards to ensure provide effective brand control and partner with client on development of future jobs
？ Quality and Technical Problem Solving
? Provide the engineering support to customers
? Lead the technical problem solving of procurement quality initiatives.
？ Team Work

? Co-lead the big development projects with cross functional teams
? Manage stakeholders expectations and lead team to ensure COS
? Actively lead and participate in cross functional meetings
? Be flexible for the travel to customer locations

? 8+ years relevant work experience
? Strong Mentoring and Coaching Skills

? Strong technical and problem solving skills
? Good time management skills with ability to multi-task
? Strong communication skills- verbal & Written
