Purpose of the Job
?Support the achievement of plant operational targets by acquiring and developing human resources, and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.


Your Role
?HR function ？Set up local HR system, policies & procedures by following Regional HR system
？Assist GM to design and develop organization structure
？Develop X+1 workforce plan, and recruit & select the right people for the right positions at the right time
？Make X+1 labor cost budget, and control labor cost
？Develop and deliver trainings based on effective training needs analysis, and ensure the training effectiveness
？Provide support to talent development with a focus on shop floor mgt teams, engineers as well as other key positions. And support local Talent Development Review (TDR) process including succession planning, Personal Development Plan(PDP), etc.
？Support line managers to manage employee performance by running PDR (for B level) and blue collar performance evaluation system
？Take in charge of operators merit increase review and developing effective operators incentive system.
？Support GM to review promotion requests and B level merit increase
？Support line managers to handle critical people-related issues, and take in charge of handling critical labor matters
？Work closely with line managers and provide tools/supports to maintain employee engagement level and morale. And take in charge of establishing & maintaining effective communication channels between employees and management.
？Support GM to coach junior and young managers.
？Support and develop HR and Admin team
？Support GM in external relations.

?Admin function ？Lead the admin team to provide high quality service in terms of employee canteen, bath & locker room, housekeeping, etc.


Your Profile
?Bachelor degree or above
?more than 8 years work experience in HR function or 5 years work experience at management level
?Good communication and interpersonal abilities
?Open-minded
?Strong leadership capability
