工作职责Responsibilities:
1.与设计院沟通， 配合项目经理进行土建、强弱电、供排水、暖通的施工工程的征询、设 计、审核等工作，提供专业技术支持，确保施工质量

2.按设计图纸和规范要求对施工单位的工艺流程、施工工序、施工质量随时进行检查并做好记录
According to design drawings and specifications required to the construction units process, construction process, construction quality check and make records at any time
3.精通土建工作量清单及组价编制，熟悉施工现场工作流程和环节，了解市场工程造价信息及材料信息
Proficient in civil engineering workload list and group of price, familiar with construction site working process and link, understand the market to the project cost information and materials information
4.参与隐蔽工程、分部工程、分项工程验收，并签署意见；及时向上级领导反馈现场施工情况
Participate in take cover engineering, division engineering, lifting project acceptance, and sign the opinion; Timely feedback to the higher leadership site construction
5.参与本专业施工图纸、技术方案会审和核对，能提出合理化建议
Participate in the professional construction drawings, technical scheme check, can put forward rational Suggestions

任职资格Qualification:
教育背景：本科以上学历
Education:Bachelor degree or above
工作经验：十年以上相关工业厂房设计和5起以上外企大型厂房的设计经验，土建、结构、机电背景；
Work Experience:More than 10 years related design and more than 5 large foreign company plant design project experience with CSA/MEP background for industrial plant;
知识技能：良好的计算机、CAD、Word、Excel技能
Skills:Good computer, CAD, Word, Excel skills
素质要求：做事细心且有耐心，积极主动，具备良好的沟通和协调能力
Qualities:Carefull and patient, proactive, communicative and ability to coordinate
其它：具有良好的技术英语水平
Others:Proficiency in English
