岗位职责Responsibilities:
1.Assisting the movement leader on the work of relocation planning协助搬迁组长进行工厂整体搬迁的策划及实施活动
2.Participating in the assessment work to the pre-conceptual design of construction layout参与工厂布局小组前期概念设计和施工图纸（设备安装部分）评审工作
3.Identifying the non-allowance risk of the relocation and taking actions to control the risk; Supervising the activities which may obey the HSE rules and taking actions to correct it; Offering suggestion and comments to the management team负责搬迁活动的风险识别并加以管理控制；监督、督促搬迁人员对项目实施中发生的不符合项等，按程序进行纠正、信息反馈和原因分析，针对原因采取纠正措施或预防措施，为项目部管理团队提供合理化建议与意见
4.Be responsible for the compiling work of mission statement and technical requirements of the facilities removing plan负责设备搬迁技术方案评审及编制相应的技术要求文件
5.Be responsible for the compiling work of mission statement and technical requirements of the facilities removing plan负责设备拆装、搬迁、调试等相关工程现场管理工作
6.Be responsible for installation and positioning of the various facilities负责设备安装及基础的详细定位，完善设备安装所需各种接口
7.Measures of Effectiveness控制措施
Ø Cooperating with other engineers on the construction work and trying to control the progress rate of the project, reporting the status of the project to building construct leader and project managers
与其他工程人员紧密合作，互相配合，全面掌握工程进展情况，定期汇报至工厂建设组长及项目经理
Ø Checking the details of the construction, Coordinating and handling the problems in the construction process
核实施工细节，协调处理施工过程中出现的问题
Ø Supporting the HSE engineer on the HSE work during the construction and relocation配合HSE工程师进行现场安全管理工作
Ø Assisting the project managers to make various instructions
协助项目经理对施工现场发出各种指令
Ø Assisting the quality inspector on the inspection of incoming materials, making sure it is conform to the requirement of the design and contract
协助质量检验员进行来料验收，使之符合设计和合同的要求
Ø Assisting the quality inspector on the quality controlling of the construction, making sure it is conform to the requirement of the design and contract
与质量检验员配合进行施工过程的质量监控，使之符合设计和合同的要求
Ø Participate in the checking and acceptance work in different phases under the leadership of project management team
在项目管理团队的领导下参与阶段性验收和交付验收
Ø Following government regulations with building spec., etc
项目施工等工作必须符合国家相关法律法规的规定
8.Be responsible for the compiling work of the technical information of the project and the conforming and later training
负责工程项目技术资料的整理，工程的交付与培训工作
9.Be in charge of related HSE&BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE和BOS体系中的有关职责
Finish the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职资格Qualifications:
1.Major in the mechanical or electrical, bachelor degree or above;
机械或机电相关专业，本科以上学历
Experienced in the removing, fixing and debugging of facilities; Over 5 years 2.working experience is required;
丰富的设备迁移、安装、调试经验，5年以上设备管理相关工作年限
3.Good Mechanical & Electrical Equipment knowledge is required;
良好的机电、设备原理工作知识
4.Good oral and written English（CET-4）;
良好的英语读写能力（英语4级）
5.Skilled in computer literacy especially MS and Auto-CAD;
熟练的计算机应用能力，尤其是MS 和CAD 软件
