职位描述：
岗位职责:

The position is responsible for managing the day to day activities for customers with the goal of Improving operational efficiency and increased sales. The position will also manage and coordinate pricing, merchandising, payment, special requests and customer relationship.

Job Responsibilities:
? Effective Order Fulfillment
o Daily push order, forecast demand signal update in UGS Navision system
o Manage VMI relationship, lead custom declaration and process improvement
o Responsible for handling all price requests both on and off contract. Make sure prices are consistent
o Responsible for customer specific reports and tracking fail rates, on time delivery etc.
o Responsible for customer’s urgent pull in requests and leverage AM to negotiate with ODM whenever delivery can’t meet schedule
o Provide EOL data recommendation and leverage AM to drive closure with ODM
? Cost Effective Supply Chain
o Lead monthly PO and invoice reconciliation within internal team, VMI and customer
o Ensure effective cash management: provide overdue payment data recommendation and leverage AM to drive payment collection
o Responsible for lean inventory management
o Optimize VMI cost to minimize supply chain cost

任职资格:

? Business Degree or equivalent degree
? Excellent communication skills with experience providing post sales support
? Must be very well organized and can communicate effectively with US and Asia customers and support team.
? Experience as a packaging supplier or supplier Asia Contract Manufacturers is required
? Microsoft office skill needed
