职位描述：

? Facing the polymer stabilizers customers in the Chinese upstream market, support sales and market development, communicate with technical manager.

面对全中国上游使用聚合物稳定剂的客户，支持销售与市场开发，与技术经理沟通

? Lead technical marketing activities for the polymer stabilizers end use. Update technical marketing information periodically and share with regional technical manager, and keep management informed on new development;

引导聚合物稳定剂应用技术市场活动。更新技术市场信息，与区域技术经理沟通，告知管理层最新进展。

? Visit upstream customers with sales manager. Recommend company products, solve customer issue and collect marketing information;

陪同客户经理拜访上游客户。推荐公司产品，解决客户的问题，收集市场信息。

? Implement sales strategies and policies. Cooperate with sales managers and work as a key member of the technical marketing organization to meet annual sales targets;

执行销售策略和政策。协助销售经理，并且作为技术营销组织的重要成员实现销售目标。

? Receive technical training in Korean labs as needed and help transfer product knowledge from the headquarters to JV and China team;

必要时到韩国总部进行技术培训，向合资公司和中国团队传递总部的产品知识。

? Initiate, plan, and carry out lab projects aimed at solving customer problems or promoting company’s products;
发起、计划、执行以解决客户问题或推销公司产品为目的的实验项目。

? Participate in and provide support for public seminars, customer seminars, and industrial exhibitions;

对公开研讨会、客户技术交流、行业展会等参与并提供支持。

? At least 2 years work experience in a technical position in the polymer additives industry;

至少两年的聚合物添加剂行业内技术岗位工作经验。

? Minimum a B.S. degree in Polymer Chemistry or related fields;

高分子化学或相关专业本科文凭。

? Extensive knowledge in polymer additives applications;

对聚合物添加剂配方、原材料、生产工艺、英语、市场情况和技术趋势等有丰富的了解和认识。

? Good interpersonal skills;

善于处理人际关系。

? Good English in both speaking and writing.

流利的英语口语和写作技能。

? Must be willing for intensive traveling on behalf of the company within the responsible.

必须愿意代表公司出差。
