职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-You will work in logistics department in a retailing environment.

-Through an intensive training program, you need to learn fast to improve both your business skill and leadership capability, expected to be a future team leader within 18 months.

-You will first rotate in different teams within logistics function to know well of the whole logistics working processes. We hope you have good learning capability to build logistics competence in short time. And with your transferred and related capability, you could start to lead small project to improve the logistics performance and meanwhile to develop your leadership capabilities.

-To understand logistics working processes, we hope you are a very down-to-earth person to work with all colleagues together on very detail tasks, such as using forklift to handle stock in and out, using pallet jack to move goods to floor location, optimizing warehouse location structure etc.

-You need to work earliest at 04:00 .A.M. and latest at 24:00 .P.M. There are two shift, and each shift working time no more than 8 hours. You will work on goods receiving, goods replenishment, customer order picking, inventory, and other related logistics tasks.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree with about 2-3 years related working experience, preferably in retail and/or logistics.
-Very good learning capability
-Good communication skills
