职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1) Guardian and watchdog for in-field performance (i.e. Warranty, Customer Calls, Service Feedback)
2) Provide leadership and coaching to Product Development: To ensure cross-functional expertise, DFMEA, warranty, historical knowledge, Design & Reliability standards, Quality standards, manufacturing process & vendor capability are effectively brought together to deliver robustly designed products.
3) Provide leadership and coaching in the supplier selection process at the strategy and planning level, led by procurement, and supported by factory sites Supplier Quality Engineers to gain suppliers capable of delivering robust and conforming products. There may be instances where travel to supplier sites is necessary.
4) Provide leadership and coaching, as well as being a disciplined gate-keeper to ensure the Part Approval Process (PAP) effectively supports the Part Value Stream (PVS) to ensure we manufacture and buy good parts.
5) Ensure New Product Introductions (NPI) into factories have robust capability for conformance-to-design. Verify that sufficient interaction and activities have occurred between Product Development and Manufacturing, to deliver effective trials to adequately verify the process capability of the production line.
6) Sign-off authority at Learning First Product Development (LFPD) gates: Represents the Global Quality perspective on robust design and process capability throughout the design process, signing off at key project milestones including: SBT, MR, and Production Capable

Qualifications:
1) Engineering degree or similar technical degrees
2) 5 years or more robust experience and expertise in Quality and Reliability engineering with product development. Demonstrated practical experience of key reliability and robust design body-of-knowledge.
3) At least 3 years of experience with demonstrated understanding of manufacturing quality control, and DMAIC problem solving skills.
4) Industrial Statistics and experience with statistical software
5) Reliability body of knowledge, life-modelling techniques methodologies
6) Six Sigma, manufacturing problem solving and Process Control techniques
7) Customer focus, Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills 举报 分享
