RESPONSIBILITIES May Include
? Timely input of commercial invoice and shipping information
? 100% adherence to Client requirements
? Match Job Coversheets against documents received
? Collection of documents and processing of charges for each shipment through outside parties
? Follow up on missing documents with relevant departments
? Commercial invoice data entry covering all valuation and line information
? PO Reconciliation for PO Customers
? Accurate input of shipping information
? Event Management and accurate Job History
? Exception Management in customer service
? Origin compliance, including document management
? Transshipment management & compliance
? FAK management and financial transactions
? Provide the cross-team support whenever necessary after being well-trained

REQUIREMENTS
? Good at reading and writing English
? Good PC skills
? Good learning skills
? Good communication skills (in Mandarin or English)
? Team spirit – caring, supportive and respect to our colleagues
? Result oriented, with commitment to quality
