职位描述：
what would you be doing?
? Perform the daily audits to the motors and maintain calibration of all equipment and registers in such way motors meet the internal and external specifications.
? 对电机和设备维护校准进行日常审计和登记，以保证电机满足内部和外部功能要求

It is expected that the role involves collecting, processing and submitting data for the proper monitoring of the Quality of the product and contain NCP.

The Audit process’ comprise of, but are not limited to:

? Ensure that existing standards are complied with for new or existing products or processes.

? Recognise gaps in existing QA practice and collaboratively close them.
? 可发现现存质量评估系统与实践之间的差距并采取措施改善。
? Review and maintain calibration of all equipment and registers.

? Competent to operate a computer and input data.

? Good understanding of aspects related to quality – CP, CPK, CAR’, 7D and 8 D, but not limited to these.
? 充分理解与质量相关的各项内容，包含但不限于——CP, CPK, CAR’, 7D and 8 D。
? Carry out line audits on the motor line including, bearing bore dimensional checks, general dimensional audits, line walkthrough audits, but not limited to these.
? 对电机生产线进行审核，包括但不限于轴承内孔尺寸检查，一般尺寸审核，线上随机审核等
? Carry out any daily dimensional measurement, recording and analyzing data but not limited to those specified as daily.
? 执行日常尺寸测量，记录并分析所有数据，但不限于指定的日常数据
? Carry all quality investigation as and when requested by engineering and/or management.
? 质量工程师和/或经理要求的所有质量调查
? Document Control (CTQ and Calibration records)
? 文件控制（质量特性值和校核记录）
? Use a CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) and process the data.
? 使用CMM(三坐标测量仪)测量并处理数据
? Create CMM programs to inspect parts and assemblies. (training will be provided)
? 培训后可建立CMM程序以检查零件和设备
? Carry out TPM audits everyday.
? 每天执行全面生产维护审核
The role will comprise of daily interaction with line operators, maintenance technicians, line supervisors and production engineers
该岗位需要每天与生产线操作工，维护技师，生产线主管和生产工程师交互工作。

There will also be some interaction with PML support team.
该岗位也会与PML支持团队接触工作。
It is expected that problem solving techniques will be conducted with other stakeholders to improve factory performance. These will be self realised opportunities as well as assigned tasks

what does it take for you to come and join us?

Proven success in a similar role in a high volume, highly automated, multinational manufacturing facility of no less than 3 years service

Working in a plastic moulding environment desired and knowledge of metal stamping process
有注塑模具或钣金工艺工作经验者优先
