工作职责 Responsibilities：

1. 负责开拓所属区域的新客户信息渠道，及客户信息的收集；

2. 独立组织宣传活动，负责所属中心的营销宣传活动的策划、组织及跟踪执行；

3. 监控各部门客户信息的有效使用，了解并汇总中心部门针对市场的需求；

4. 保障品牌的网络推广；

5. 负责与少儿品牌合作的维护及开发高端合作资源；

6. 负责与中心周边商场及社区进行活动的洽谈和组织；

7. 市场兼职人员的招聘与管理

 职位要求Requirements：

1. 本科以上学历，市场营销及相关专业；

2. 同行业工作经验3年以上，同岗位工作经验1年以上，有丰富的少儿行业资源优先；

3. 具备良好的客户服务意识与沟通能力；

4. 具备良好的品牌及营销策划能力，卓越的陌生客户开发能力以及优秀的团队管理能力；

5. 在压力下自律工作并且有团队精神，有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的信心；

6. 熟练的计算机操作能力，流利的中英文会话能力优先；

工资构成： 底薪+绩效+奖金。其中底薪视个人背景及工作经验而定。
