Responsibility:
SALES MANAGEMENT
1. Conduct sales activities to develop maximum potential account sales in local automotive accounts. Not only in existing and hot application also in new application
2. Organize product seminar, search target markets and target customers to develop maximum potential sales and to expand market share
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
1. Manage activities of global automotive accounts by working closely with Japan headquarter sales team and Global sales team to secure maximum sales volume.
2. Establish and maintain relationship with global automotive accounts to enhance customer satisfaction within the regions.
RISKY MANAGEMENT
1. Coordinate products delivery with logistic department to ensure on time delivery.
2. Monitor AR status and recover payment in time to minimize AR amount.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Be working with the factory to help resolve customers technical questions
1. Be responding to customer requests as they occur. Provide proper technical information timely. Negotiating with clients or customers about our solution or proposal and provide on-site support.
2. Participating in new product development, representing the customer's technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective.
3. Deliver analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information. To negotiate with BU to get local price authority.
4. Recognize actual local customer situation, to give correct price direction for other region AU sales.
5. Focus on key R&D centers for incremental business through demand creation.
6. Product Training for other sales and distributors.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1. Involves in gathering market intelligence, generating leads, strategic analysis and proposition/campaign development to garner new business for the organization
2. Establishes strong relationships with target clients and key account representatives to identify new business opportunities
3. Works with multi-disciplinary team to develop ideal solutions as per the business need of the prospect or market.
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT
1. Work with distributors to develop marketing plans and sales promotions and provide technical assistance to ensure distributors’ sales volume achieve target.
2. Monitor distributors’ sales activity, resolve the conflict of distributors and key accounts in order to leverage distributor to achieve the target sales budget.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Science and Engineering.
2. At least 2 years working experience in electronic components, automotive field will be preferred.
3. Teamwork spirit
4. Willing to undertake challenging work
5. Strong communication skill and presentation skill
6. Fluent English speaking and writing
