职位描述

Responsibilities:

Analyse

Maintain standard cost, calculate actual costs and analyse of cost in accordance with local guidelines to identify variances which will be reported to supervisor and corrective measures will be recommended in order to ensure accuracy of data. This includes the management of inventory management, including test inventory balance, monitor slowing moving and ensure accurate inventory accounting.

Planning

Elaborates and prepares local budget plans in agreement with the superior and compares results with plans and inform the superior in the case of deviations which ensures data consistency and cost control

Reporting

Prepare various financial reports such as monthly reporting including COG report, metric report, cost center report, material cost, cost saving report, process loss report for forwarding to supervisor and to ensure accuracy and data consistency

General Support other department on cost issues including KPI report and plant controller in budget process and to prepare related analysis requested by global Finance and check process order, recipe/resource update and other cost setting in SAP

Analyze manufacturing variance accounts each month, prepare reports and inform local management if abnormal

Provided needed data/calculation to production teams and prepare related monthly reporting/cost analysis to local management and global finance

Prepare variance analysis in COGS and conversion cost

Perform monthly closing in costing and NRV tests

Maintain and update standard cost, perform cost roll up.

Arrange monthly physical inventory stocktaking and coordinate other departments to improve current procedure

Review bills of materials and routings for accuracy and enter in the system.

Assist in calculation of cost savings for budget and measurement of actual savings.

Gather information needed from various departments and set up all new part numbers in the computer system.

Correct accounting for inventory, including physical count variance, degrade material, obsolete inventory

Education &experiences:

Associate's or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with major in finance/accounting, at least, three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably from chemical/manufacturing industry. Preferred seasoned business expert with profound understanding of finance/accounting.

Accounting & costing knowledge and professional practice

Must be proficient in local language; good English skills (spoken and written)

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP R/3 and BI or other ERP system
