职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Process all orders by co-ordinating with group company, production, warehouse and transportation Departments so as to ensure that deliveries are made on time.
- Handle inter company business by co-ordinating with network on their delivery requirements so as to ensure that their orders are fulfilled.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer’s phone enquiry and orders in order to ensure customer’s satisfaction with our service level.
- Correct operation in IFS system to ensure order processing, inventory reconciliation and invoicing accurately.
- Handle all documentation for orders by processing and filing delivery tickets and related documents to ensure future reference is easy and meet ISO requirements.
- Assist in statistics and data check required by finance dept and cooperate with sales for paints supply and forecast.
- Returns handling;

Requirement:
- College or above education;
- welcome this years graduate, with basic coating knowledge;
- Good at English and skillful with computer operation;
- Systematic with analytical thinking and problem solving capability;
- Effective communication and high quality execution;
- Being responsible and taking initiative.

职责：
- 处理订单，与集团公司、生产部、仓库以及物流等相关部门协调沟通，确保产品的及时发货和送达；
- 通过网络沟通协调跨国业务的发货需求以确保跨国订单的及时履行；
- 通过处理客户的电话查询及订单，提供卓越的客户服务，以确保客户的满意度；
- 正确操作IFS系统以确保订单处理、库存清点及发票的正确性；
- 整理订单及派送底单和相关文件等资料，以确保将来有史可查以及操作符合ISO的要求；
- 协助财务和销售做好涂料供应与预测所需的数据统计和数据核对；
- 退货的处理；

要求：
- 大专或以上学历；
- 欢迎应届毕业生，了解涂料基础知识；
- 英语沟通良好，计算机熟练使用；
- 系统分析思考和解决问题的能力；
- 有效的沟通和高质量的执行力；
- 有责任心，积极主动。

特别说明：该职位劳动合同为一年期，期满视业务情况决定是否续约。
