Summary
All HR duties in companies including recruiting, performance, strategy planning and etc.
Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Implement policies to ensure adherence to all government policies/regulations in local office.
2. Manage compliance to minimize risk exposure: Ensure local business and legal registration is updated.
3. Work closely with general manager to manage the office and improve the working environment.
4. Supervise and involve in the recruiting, interviewing, selection and placement process to ensure that properly qualified applicants are hired for Company's positions.
5. Assist general manager to build & develop the local team, manage and improve employee performance, putting the right people in the right position.
6. Define training needs with office managers and implement training plans.
7. Assist with new projects/policies launching and executing.
8. Fulfill other assignments as arranged.
Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
1. 5+years experiences in related job, Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, preferably in international environment.
2. Team player with positive attitude, honest and strong ethics practitioner.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and organized.
4. Highly self-motivated, has great passion for the work, able to work on own with little guidance at times.
5. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
6. Good command of MS office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power point.
7. Excellent spoken and written English.
