职位描述：
Purpose
- Overall responsible that all orders from WSS network are handled correctly
- Overall responsible that all demands from WSS network are met and communicated in an effecient and professional manner

Main Responsibilities
- Will take advantage of the technology available in the daily work and make sure it is used efficiently and in line with company standards
- Assist where necessary in the tasks of the department in terms of:
     Order Input
     Claims
     Problem Solving
     Day-to-day Orders
     Order Confirmations
     General Administration
      Quotes and Enquiries Follow-up
- Responsible for up keeping good HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices as laid down by the company during your employment at all time
- Ensure that all orders are closed within month end

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain or related area is a plus
- 1 years experience in similar functions
- Familiar with office applications and ERP System
- Fluent English writing and speaking
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone manners
- Systematic and accurate nature
- Ability to work under pressure
- Versatile and adaptable to varied working condition
