Job Responsibilities岗位职责

1、根据公司的车辆运营制度、工作标准，负责车辆运营的贯彻实施；
According to the Vehicle operation system and work standards, being responsible for the implementation of the vehicle operation;
2、负责所有车辆的日常管理，根据运营情况合理调配所属车辆，保证车辆的正常运营；
Responsible for day-to-day management of all vehicles, according to the operations of a reasonable allocation of owned vehicles, to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle;
3、全面掌握和及时了解所有车辆的技术指标，做好车辆技术维修的鉴定、监管工作，督促驾驶员保持车辆处于良好状态;
Fully master and keep abreast of the technical specifications of all vehicles, doing a good job in the identification and supervision of the vehicles’ maintenance, supervising the drivers to keep the vehicles in good condition;
4、按时、如实上报运营数据及运营状况；
Reporting the operational data and operational conditions timely and truthfully;
5、监管所有车辆发生预警及应急情况的处理，并进行协调工作；
Supervising with the handling of warning and emergency situations of all vehicles;
6、组织司机学习有关交通法规、车辆保养等常识;
Organizing the drivers to learn traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance and so on;
7、负责车队人员的业务培训和实际操作技能培训;
Being responsible for the job training and training of business operational skills of vehicle teams.
8、完成公司交办的其他工作任务。

Qualification任职资格：
1、具有良好的职业道德职业操守，无不良工作记录，年龄35-40周岁;
with a good professional ethics and no poor work record, with the age between 35 and 40 years old;
2、2年以上相关工作经验，无不良嗜好;
with 2 years of relevant work experience and no bad habits;
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力，具有强劲的执行力和优秀的管理能力;
with good communication skill, strong ability in implementation and excellent management skill;
4、大专以上学历，电脑操作熟练。
With a college education and good computer skills;
5、驾驶证A证
A certificate of driver license
