工作职责
你的工作职责包括：
1.努力奠定宜家商场作为当地市场上家居用品首选商场的地位。
2.运用您的家居产品知识确保打造时尚的房间摆设和其他商场展示媒介，超越参观者的期望。
3.通过不断展示最新鼓舞人心的解决方案刺激和提升人们对家居产品的兴趣，激励他们经常光顾宜家商场。
4.运用宜家产品的丰富性展示其独特之处和不同风格，迎合各种品位和需求。
5.通过在所有商业、销售支持以及工作区域打造视觉冲击突显宜家品牌标识。

您须具备以下知识、技能和经验：
1.具备商业、美学和实践操作的综合运用能力、 能够提出并以视觉形式呈现新创意。
2.热爱设计工作，对家居装饰及人们的日常家居生活有着浓厚的兴趣及独到的见解。
3.具备敏锐的商业眼光和审美眼光，善于创造性地思考。
4.积极寻求以简单、高效和具有成本效益的方式改进工作方式。

ABOUT THE JOB
Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions in the store by working with store layout, range presentation and vitality.Use the knowledge of people's needs and dreams in the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet the many individual tastes and exceed our visitor's expectations.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
1.contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
2.applying your home furnishing knowledge to ensure up-to-date room settings and other store media that exceed our visitors’ expectations.
3.stimulating and increasing the interest for home furnishing through constantly showing new and inspiring solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.
4.using the width and depth of the IKEA product range to show distinct and different styles that appeal to many individual tastes and needs.
5.reflecting the IKEA Brand identity by creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support, and co-worker areas.
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
1.an education in interior design or architecture.
2.a deep passion, curiosity, and understanding of home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
3.creative thinking supported by commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.
4.actively seeking improved methods of working in a simple, lean, and cost-efficient way.
5.a practical hands-on approach to your tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
