工作职责：
1、制定公司人力资源整体战略规划；以人力资源战略保障公司战略推进。
2、起草、修改、完善、落实人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程。
3、负责集团公司人力资源战略的执行。
4、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作。
5、负责人力资源内部的组织管理；负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。
任职资格：
1、本科学历起，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2、10年以上人力资源管理工作经验；中英文流利（需与外籍员工沟通）。
3、工作目标性强，极强的沟通、表达和解决问题的能力。
4、胜任500人以上规模多类别人员的招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等业务，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策。
