- Determines Proposal requirements and directs attention to those areas that appear inconsistent- Recommends cost saving measures during proposal stage- Co ordinates and assists, where necessary, the departmental estimators to ensure theestimates are;Completed in a timely mannerCognisant of the Bid 'Win Strategy

- Provide assistance to PMT and Fabrication estimators in correcting errors in the Fabrication andPMT bid input template.

Requirement
