Responsibilities
1.Act as the first line to troubleshoot and respond to server support issues by following procedures.
2.Follow procedures to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve server related hardware, system, and application issues.
3.Handle routine server maintenance responsibilities such as patching of servers, hardware upgrades/maintenance, file / email server configuration, and user account maintenance.
4.Document server procedures, policies, and infrastructure, based on direction of Supervisor
5.Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required system and data are successfully backup up to recovery tapes, and media is sent off site as necessary.
6.Implement and configure Windows/ Linux servers, under direction of Supervisor, to meet business and department goals

任职资格:

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or IT related major.
2.3+ years of experience in Information Technology and 1+ year of server & storage experience preferred.
3.Working, understanding and previous experience with the following system are preferred, Windows Server (2008, 2012) / Mail system /Virtualization and Cloud Platform / Symantec Backup Exe / Ubuntu or other Linux System (preferred but not required)
4.Training / Certification of MCSE / RHCE is preferred
5.Good oral, reading and writing English; Good team spirit
6.Strong analysis and communications skills, and willing to take responsibility of the challenging work (multi-tasks / project support)
7.Well patience for user training/troubleshooting;
