GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support new plant setup, configuration and launch as the finance key user.
? Collect and review invoices, billings and other supporting and verify it’s validity before booking for both Direct & Indirect purchase.
? Communicate with relevant process owner on related process specific problems.
? Ensure correct cost allocation amount internal cost centers and record into system.
? Keep track of invoice due dates and arrange proper payment schedule and for timely and correctly payments.
? Employee expense reimbursement detail checking and booking.
? I/C reconciliation at month end.
? Responsible for AP related accounts monthly reconciliation
? Tax supporting
? Finance entry & documents filing
? Participate and at times lead projects for process optimization and system enhancement
? External & internal audit support
? Other work assigned by supervisor/Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree in accounting or related major. Over 5 years’ experience in finance accounting, and 3 year+ preferably specialized in AP sector.
? Good English in writing and speaking, Proficiency with MS office products especially EXCEL.
? Related to practice experience is preferred.
? SAP experience is preferred.
? Strong responsibility, Ownership sense, team-work spirit, smart and quick-learner
? Strong problem solving and business analysis skills, attention to details
? Strong capability to work under pressure, and be sufficient detail and careful
