职位描述：
1. Be responsible at reception, and handle the jobs related.
  Receive, answer and transfer phone calls, and update the telephone list monthly;
  Handle the visiting relevant events and professional guests reception;
  Meeting room booking arrangement & good meeting room environment tracking and setup before each meeting start.
  Handle incoming mails, messages, faxes and expresses and ensure timely dispatch and appropriate distribution;
  Liaise with express companies, office building management, office equipment Maintenance Company, stationery suppliers and other service providers (including air-tickets agency, business card supplier, water supplier, etc.) for keeping all facilities in working conditions and most cost effective;

2. Support HR and Admin department to managing the administrative jobs.
  To book air-tickets/ train tickets/ Hotels/ business cars for our staff in business trip, and keep the good records for the payment request.
  Keep a good stationary management, including the stationary order, water order, and summarize these required data regularly;
  Prepare the bank payment request for all kinds of administration expenses;
  To keep the office in clean and harmonious condition, to assist HR Manager or management team’s daily work.
  To responsible for the small printing job, such as name cards, etc.
  To assistant office’s construction or relocation matter.
  Be responsible to maintain the telephone system.
  Maintain operational efficiency of office equipment, facilities and office services.
  Assist HR to prepare new employee’s integration, such as stationary preparation, computer order, account application.
