职位描述：
Accountabilities & Responsibilities/职责描述:
1）按照年度计划对供应商进行审核
     Conduct audit to supplier according to annual plan
2）与供应商开展必要的沟通，推动供应商持续改进。如需要时，代表卡夫亨氏传达关键质量决策和项目。
     Conduct the necessary communication with supplier to drive supplier continuous improvement. Support the delivery of key quality strategies and projects on behalf of Kraft Heinz where required.
3）与工厂FSQ共同跟进供应商投诉，确保产品的符合性以及稳定的供应。
     Follow the supplier complaint in some cases together with site FSQ to ensure product compliance and smooth supply.
4）根据风险评估和供应商绩效制定年度审核计划。
     Make the annual audit plan according to risk assessment and supplier performance.
5）协助进行物料风险评估。
     Support the material risk assessment
6）跟进对不合格品的处理和纠正措施。参与对异常生产的根本原因分析，并跟进由于供应商问题造成的质量事故的纠正措施的实施。
     Follow handling of non-conforming product and corrective action. Participate root cause analysis of abnormal production and follow up the implementation of corrective action for quality incident of supplier due
7）监控质量执行情况，每月完成质量指标KPI的数据报告
     Report data of relevant supplier per KPI request

Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities/学历，胜任力及能力:
Must Have/必须具备:
1）大学本科学历，食品、生物、化学、制药等专业
     Bachelor degree of food science or related
2）3年或以上从事食品、药品或食品包装行业质量控制相关的工作经验
     3 year or above working experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacture
3）有执行过GMP，HACCP，ISO22000/9001的经验
     Experience of GMP, HACCP and ISO22000/9001 implementation
4）能够长期出差( >50% 工作时间)
     Be able to travel >50 % working time
5）有很好的自我管理能力，影响他人的能力
     Strong self- management and influential capability
6）良好的风险评估方面知识
     Good knowledge in risk assessment 举报 分享
