入职协助办理
Prepare on-boarding document and facility check-in list as labour contracts, JD email address, PC, employee badge and etc.
Collect new hire documents and ensure the p-file completion.
Update new hire data in system – offline movement report, Workday system, Concur and other HR related system.
Employee Off-boarding Support
职协助办理
Monitor checkout process for exit employees complied with local laws and regulations.
Prepare employee leaving documents such as housing account, termination notice and etc..
Update exit info in system - offline movement report, Workday system, Concur and other HR related system.
Workday System Management Support – Human Resources Capital System
人事系统日常管理维护工作。
Maintain system data on-time enrollment and data accuracy. And implement data clean-up program on timely basis.
Approve/implement all Workday BP on daily base.
Manage leave balance in the system.
Enhance Workday report and run down report for data analysis.
Labour Contract &Probation Management and Personal File Management
劳动合同管理,人事档案管理
Labour contract& probation reminder in a timely manner.
File the documents related in accordance with the policies and practices.
File personal documents and meet the requirement of HR audit.
Monthly Attendance Management& HR Admin Support
考勤管理以及人事行政支持工作
Submit/pre-check monthly attendance list to payroll team timely and accurately.
Co-work and report the maternity/long-term leaves to payroll team on needed basis.
Assist monthly social benefits, commercial insurance enrollment and out and
Support HR admin work on annual body check-up, commercial insurance Q&A, payment and etc.
Assist HRSS Project and Other Task Assigned
支持HRSS项目以及其他上级安排的工作。

Bachelor Degree. 本科以上学历
Experience / 工作经验:
About 2 years working experience in HR field二年左右人力资源实际操作经验
Manufacturing industrial with multi-national company background preferred 曾跨国制造行业工作者更佳
Knowledge& Skills / 专业知识及技能:
Professional knowledge of HR concepts and mathematical techniques, familiar with local HR policy and regulations. 人力资源实际操作经验及专业知识,熟悉地方法律法规
Mastery in data consolidation and analysis数据分析能强
Good problem-solving skills. 具有解决问题的能力
Open minded, good communication skill. 具有良好的沟通技巧
Self-motivated and drive to result能积极主动完成工作
