职位描述：
1 Review and approve expenditures in OA system to make sure the spending is in line with company policy;
2 Review AP vouchers and make sure booking correctness
3 Manage the full payment processes to ensure all transactions can meet SoX requirements
4 Manage month-end closing according to closing schedule and ensure all job tasks on the schedule are completed on time
5 Review and submit monthly cash flow forecast and make sure the accuracy of payment forecast
6 Prepare monthly Balance Sheet review analysis report and push the team to have close follow-up on outstanding aging items
7 Review related latest estimation and prepare variance analysis report
8 Work closely with internal Departments partners and provide input and advice on project payment terms
9 Support statutory annual audit and internal audit
10 Responsible for team management, provide advice, coaching and Job responsibilities for teammates
11 Other ad-hoc projects assigned by line manager

Job Knowledge/skill:
1 University graduate or above with bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance:
2 Good communication skills;
3 Fluent language skills both written and verbal in English
4 Rich experience on ERP system and previous experience on BPCS system is preferred
5 Good problem solving skills and ownership spirit
6 Minimum of 3- year working experience as team leader in a foreign investment enterprise is preferred
7 Good supervisory and leadership skills and well know how to develop a strong team work culture and incentive team to work together and achieve target 举报 分享
