职位描述：

Objective: Direct the day-to-day operation of supply chain including sourcing、purchasing、warehouse and logistics.

职位概要：管理日常的供应链运营，包括货源信息、采购、仓库和物流

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the purchasing activities, including quotation and comparison of the price; sign purchasing contract; check, appraisal, feedback summarization, etc

管理公司的采购工作，包括：询价、比价、签订采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作

2.Control the materials quality and materials cost

控制采购质量与成本

3.Organise the appraisal, identification, management and the assessment for suppliers

组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核

4.Propose new supplies, quality process and materials; implement together with the production manager the mass production of defined products

对新的供应商、质量过程和原材料提出建议，与生产经理对明确产品的量产进行合作

5.Make the short-term, medium-term and long-term purchasing plan

制定相关物料的短、中、长期采购计划

6.Coordinate the related departments to push the suppliers’quality improvements

配合相关部门推进供应商做好质量改善

7.Support all the activities related to the localization of products and components from the European manufacturing plants to China and ensure the requested quality level

支持所有关于来自欧洲制造商工厂的产品和零配件中国本地化活动，确保符合质量要求

8.Manage the supplier parts prices. Optimize the currents suppliers list

持续做好供应商价格管理，优化现有供应商清单

9.Make sure that the production and purchasing planning are balanced with the sales volume

确保生产和采购计划与销售额达成平衡

10.Prepares workforce planning, and department development planning.

准备劳动力和部门发展计划

11.Imporve the warehouse management minimizing the inventor

改善仓库最小化库存管理

12.Support the General Manager in the development of the strategies and the action plans in the purchasing area and to accomplish with the yearly budget

协助总经理在采购领域中战略和行动计划的部署工作并达成年度预算

13.Other tasks assigned by the superior and General Manager

其他上级和总经理交办的事务

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering

本科以上学历，理工科背景

2.At least 5 years working experience in materials planning and purchasing in foreign enterprise in which at least 2 years’ team management experience

五年以上外企工厂物料管理和采购经验；其中两年以上团队管理经验

3.Have good purchasing knowledge, know factory business operation and quality system, have the knowledge of purchasing negotiation

具有采购相关知识，对工厂运作及质量系统有一定的了解，具有采购谈判的基本知识

4.Be familiar with MRPII system operation and relevant contorl; skilled office application software; have good command of Excel

熟悉MRPII系统运作及相关控制；熟练使用办公自动化操作技能，Excel功能熟练

5.Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writting skills as well as good communication and coordination ability

良好的英语听说读写技能及良好的沟通和协调能力

6.Hard working, initiative, good conduct, strong implementation; good profession ethics and psychological diathesis

工作主动、认真、负责，品行端正，执行推动力较强，具有良好的职业道德和心理素质

7.Have a strong learning ability. Good understanding. Can work under pressure
