职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily management of the International Accounting Department
- Responsible for the financial administration of the overseas offices and subsidiaries
-Review and supervise the Team to complete the Monthly accounts and Tax calculation and Filing work
- Maintaining contacts with clients, colleagues overseas and external advisors
- Lead a team of 2~3 accountants, coach and motivate the team
- Ensure the quality in our financial services
- Roll out internal procedures and processes (best practices) in order to maximize the efficiency
- Monthly consolidation and group legal reporting
- Monthly management report and analysis
- Participate to ad hoc projects

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related major;
- Work experience: 5 years or above experiences in accounting, tax filings, 1-2 years experiences as a team leader, experiences in professional firms is a plus;
- Strong IFRS and China GAAP knowledge and experience in group reporting and consolidation
- Skills: Excellent English and Chinese skills. Fluent English in written and oral is a must.
- Familiar with ERP system (SAGE is Preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Mature and stable
- Willingness to work under pressure
