Mission
Manage customer daily order processing
Support sales and customer achievement key performance indicators
Coordinate to solve the customer issues improve customer satisfaction
Main Activities
1,Be responsible for costomer orders entered in the system timely
2,Daily back order clearance and substitution alternative proposal
3,Delivery instruction is created and send to warehouse timely
4,More initiative communication with internal and external customer ensure sales target achieved
Specific Requirement
Microsoft Excel, Access Experience in Oracle system
Team-work cooperation（sales/supply/logistic/crdeit）and good sales and service sense
Strong communication capability
