Summary of work:
- 负责工厂物料运作和处理,对客户发货及时率,供应商交付及时率,毛库存,库存收益&损失,库存周转率,运费承担主要责任。负责物料与其他职能部门的联系沟通。
Responsible for plant operation and handling of materials, timely delivery rate to customers, suppliers, timely delivery rate, gross inventory, inventory gains & losses, inventory turns, the primary responsibility for freight. Materials and other functional departments responsible for the communication links.
主要任务和职责:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- 收集国内外客户的生产计划,审核工厂相关的物料、生产计划。
Collection of domestic and international customer's production plans, audit-related plant materials, production planning.
- 监督国内外供应商产量预测及订单的发放并对供应商的产能进行持续跟踪,确保供应商满足项目的产能需求。
Supervision of domestic and foreign suppliers and production forecasts and supplier orders the release of capacity for continuous tracking, ensure that suppliers meet the project's capacity requirements.
- 与客户保持良好沟通,及时处理各类客户投诉、统计和分析,定期回访客户,保证应收账款的回笼,降低采购成本。
Maintain good communication with clients, handle all customer complaints promptly, statistics and analysis, regularly visit customers to ensure the recovery of accounts receivable, reduce procurement costs.
- 监督生产计划的完成,确保产品发运达到客户所需, 准时地对发运情况报告。
Supervise the completion of production plans to ensure that products shipped to the customer needs, on time to the shipping report.
- 根据公司发展规划进行仓储的场地规划,空间规划,货物存储的区域规划
According to the company development plan for storage of site planning, spatial planning, regional planning for cargo storage.
- 制订和优化运作操作手册(运输/仓储/客服/系统等作业流程和标准),确保系统信息的正确性并根据需要进行调整。
Develop and optimize the operation manual (Transport / Warehouse / Customer Service / systems, processes and standards) to ensure the accuracy of the information system and make adjustments as needed.
- 以目视化管理的方式确保仓库数据的正确性及实施“先进先出”,通过及时交付和发展的库存管理技术持续提高库存周转率。
Visual management approach to ensure the accuracy of the data warehouse and the implementation of the "FIFO" development through the timely delivery and inventory management techniques continue to improve inventory turns.
- 完成物料部门的持续改进工作。

- 大学本科,物流管理或相关专业

经历:
Experience:
- 五年相关工作经验,熟悉相关法律制度,物流知识,国际贸易知识,流程优化知识,有国内/国际 物流、供应链、进出口贸易、商务、排产、计划任职经验者优先。
Five years of relevant work experience, familiar with the legal system, logistics knowledge, knowledge of international trade, process optimization knowledge, domestic / international logistics, supply chain, import and export trade, business, scheduling, planning office experience is preferred.
