工作职责 Responsibilities:
1. 为业务团队提供全面的HR支持。
Provide HR generalist support to the BU.
2. 与业务部门负责人合作,确定和发展顶尖人才,构建组织,提供最高效、快捷的服务于业务部门,并制定方案和政策,以支持业务增长。
Work with commercial leaders to identify and develop top talent, structure the organization to provide the most effective, efficient service to the business units, and develop programs and policies to support business growth.
3. 支持上级对员工关系、人才发展和绩效管理。
Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, talent development and performance management.
4. 领导招聘过程,包括招聘,面试,评估,入职。
Lead the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.
Partner with directors and managers to resolve complex human resources problems, questions and concerns.
5.解决复杂的人力资源问题,问题和疑虑。实现基于调查结果的员工参与战略和战术。
Implement employee engagement strategies and tactics based on survey results.
6. 管理业务团队的年度绩效管理和薪酬审查程序。
Manage commercial team’s annual performance management and salary review processes.
7. 开发和提供现场培训。
Develop and deliver on-site training。
8. 确保遵守公司的方案和政策。
Ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
9. 制定并实施全公司级项目和举措进行分配。
Develop and implement company-wide level projects and initiatives as assigned.
要求 Requirements:
1. 拥有商业、人力资源或相关领域BA / BS学位;
BA/BS degree in business, human resources or a related field;
2. 10年以上全面人力资源经验
10+ years HR generalist experience
3.普通话和英语听说读写流利
Able to read, write and speak Mandarin and English fluently
