Responsibilities:
? Perform necessary administration, management and remedial services of IT.
? Implement and manage projects been assigned.
? Participate actively in documentation process such as ticket report, capacity planning, policies and procedures.
? Manage vendors and ensure deliverables are fulfilled
? Provide necessary IT advice and technical support.
? Support hardware equipment such as: laptop & PC Desktop, Printer, Scanner, etc.
? Follow up tickets and any IT ad-hoc support service case being assigned.
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
? Good verbal and written English.
? Fair verbal Mandarin knowledge an advantage.
? Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
? At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
? 3rd Party Contract position (renewable)
