职位描述：
Goal 目标
? To manage the management quality system of the organization for compliance with defined processes and internal and external standards and to stimulate continuous improvement ;
       根据规定的程序以及公司内外标准，管理及不断完善公司的质量管理系统。
Tasks 任务
? Ensure compliance of the organization with the requirements of the applicable internal and external quality standards including ISO 17025 and ISO 17065;
     确保公司遵守包括 ISO 17025 和 ISO 17065在内的公司内外相关质量标准
     的要求；
? Design and oversee implementation and continuous improvement of a lean, easy to use Quality Management System;
       设计、监控实施以及不断完善质量管理系统，使其操作精简、高效；
? Plan and coordinate internal and external audits and assess the adequacy of the corrective and preventive actions;
       计划和协调内外的审计工作，评估纠正性和预防性措施的有效性；
? Support and monitor customer complaints and non-conformity work handling and assess the adequacy of the corrective and preventive actions;
       对客人投诉和违规工作进行监控和提供支持；评估纠正性和预防性措施的有效性；
? Monitor, advice and report on the performance of the organization on defined quality objectives;
       按照规定的质量目标，监控公司的运作，并提供相关的建议和报告；
? Provide recommendations and support to Functional Managers with respect to core process and support processes improvements;
      向职能部门经理提供与核心流程相关的建议和支持，不断完善流程；
? Stimulate continuous improvement and place quality at the heart of the organization;
       不断提高质量并使其处于企业的核心位置；
? Compliance of the organization with the applicable quality standards;
       确保公司遵守相关的质量标准;
? Design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management System.
       设计、实施、保持并不断完善质量管理系统。
? Undertake any other duties assigned by Quality Director.
       履行质量总监分配的其他任务。

Competences and skills
能力和技能
? Bachelor degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent;
       质量管理、工程或相关专业本科或以上学历；
? Minimum five years of experience with Quality Management System design and implementation, preferably in testing and certification industry;
       在质量管理系统的设计和实施方面，具备至少5年以上工作经验，曾从事测试认证行
      业者优先考虑；
? In-depth understanding of the quality standards ISO 17025, ISO 17065, knowledge of ISO 17020 in an additional advantage;
       深入了解 ISO 17025和ISO 17065质量标准，若掌握 ISO 17020 ，优先考虑；
? Ability to design and clearly describe processes;
      能够设计及清楚表达相关流程；
? Excellent command of English;
       精通英语；
