Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide meaningful and valuable analysis and recommendation to SC region for decision-making, to help business run more healthy and profitable:

？ Finance Analysis财务分析

1. Collect operation KPI/ finance data to integrate and analyze

收集营运重要指标、财务数据，整理并分析

2. Prepare monthly performance review reports. According to operation actual status, carry out analysis about KPI or any outstanding record and report to executives in time.

准备月度营运报告.依据经营实际情况对对重要指标或异常数据加以分析，向管理层及时汇报

3. In terms to executive request make corresponding reports and do analysis from different aspect of management to find out clue to study solution.

依管理层需求随时制作各项财务报告并做分析，查找原因及研究解决方案

？ Budget and Forecast预算及预测

1. Prepare yearly finance budget including P&L BGT as well as Capex Budget.

准备区域年度财务预算，包括P&L预算，资本性支出预算
2. Integrate 3-market yearly BGT and make analysis cross 3-market including P&L / Capex / Rental / Labor Costing and so on

整合南区三个市场的年度财务预算并跨区域分析,包括P&L、资本性支出、租金支出、人工成本等

？ Ad hoc arrangement 临时性工作安排

Qualifications:

？ Bachelor or above. Graduated in Accounting or Finance is Preferred

？ Strong analytical skill / PC skill, specially familiar in Advanced Excel skill, Macro skill

？ Over 6 years working experience in multi-national company finance or business analysis. Retail background is preferred.

？ Solid accounting knowledge is basic required, GL and reporting working experience is preferred.

？ Self-motivated and team working spirit owned.
