I. Duties and Responsibilities工作职责：

- Comprehensive analysis on business or operation environment in South China and support related business decision.

- Prepare and analyze internal sales reports, KPI report, performance report for internal control and management review

- Conduct regular analysis by department by area and provide recommendation and suggestion to operation manager/area manager for action and improvement.

- Prepare monthly meeting materials or PPT for business review

- Conduct store monthly sales incentive analysis and prepare store monthly VIP Card sales incentive report

- Maintain database by store for business analysis

- Provide specific analysis based on key issue or requirement

II. Personal Qualities&Qualifications个性品质及任职资格：

- Bachelor degree or above, Major in economics, finance, and statistics

- Over 5 year’s working experience in finance, auditor, and controlling area in multinational company

- Strong analytic skills on business/operation environment

- Proficient in PC skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc);

- Excellent English in written and oral skill (CET6 or above);

- Good communication ability & skill required;

- Able and willing to work under pressure with great potential and to learn for taking more responsibility.
