职位描述：
汇报对象： 经销商运作经理
工作范围： 负责管理亿滋品牌经销商业务员以及流动理货员，确保团队为亿滋的零售客户提供标准的服务
直接下属： 6-8名经销商业务员；3-5名流动理货员
工作地点： 无锡市区
工作职责：
1. 团队管理
a)招聘并激励团队，确保高效完成店内执行
b)为团队成员制定清晰的目标，定期进行密切追踪
c)制定每位成员的门店拜访路线，定期回顾以保证拜访效率
d)对经销商业务员和理货员进行店内跟线指导和培训，以提升经销商销售团队的能力
e)根据亿滋的标准工作流程及工具对DSF和理货员进行管理
2. 基于每月的关键数据衡量评估每位团队成员的绩效表现
3. 连锁门店总部的日常管理与维护
a)负责连锁门店的完美门店，销量买进，订单，应收账款合同条款等工作内容
b)基于详细的数据分析，与重点零售客户进行生意回顾
c)协调内部团队帮助连锁门店解决日常运营中的问题，提供优质的服务
d)与连锁门店管理团队维持良好的合作关系
e)定期的拜访连锁门店的总部
 
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，35岁以下
2.至少3年快消行业经验，1年以上销售团队管理经验
