Duties & Responsibilities:职责描述:
- Handling daily customer inquiries through phone, fax and email.
熟练使用电话、传真和邮件处理客户日常咨询
- Acting as the primary contact for existing customers on all order-related work, e.g. prepare quotation/contract,delivery reports & invoice timely and maintain project records in high quality level.
负责现有客户订单相关工作,如准备报价、合同,及时交付报告、发票,有效维护项目相关记录等
- Assist Account Manager to increase orders from clients and handle other assistant jobs assigned by team leader. .
协助客户经理增加客户订单量,完成销售经理指派的其它相关工作。
- Assist Account Manager to maintain and develop the cooperation with client
协助客户经理共同维护和发展与客户的合作
Requirements
-College or university graduates
大专或大学毕业生
-Related working experience is preferred
相关工作经验者优先
-Customer-orientated mind and sense of responsibility are essential
必须有以客户为导向的头脑和责任感
-Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
-Integrity, diligence, strong team work spirit, proactive working attitude and working high efficiency;
诚信,勤奋,较强的团队合作精神,积极主动的工作态度和工作高效率
-Good computer skills (MS Office);
良好的计算机技能(微软Office)
-Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
良好的书面英语和口语英语、普通话流利。
