职位描述:
1,接听电话,接收传真,按要求转接电话或记录信息,确保及时准确。Answer the phone, receive a fax, call or record information to ensure timely and accurate.
2,对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作,及时通知被访人员。对无关人员、上门推销和无理取闹者应拒之门外。Reception, registration, guide the work, timely notification of the visitors to visit the guests. The irrelevant personnel, door-to-door and vexatious should be rejected.
3,负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作。Responsible for the delivery of the company's express delivery, letters and parcels.
4,负责办公用品的采购和管理工作,做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记。Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies, do a good job in the registration and filing. And office supplies collar, payment, out of storage to do a good job of registration.
5.日常行政文档及办公文件的整理等一般行政事务。Daily administrative documents and office documents, such as the collation of general administrative affairs.
6,监督员工每日考勤情况。Monitor the daily attendance of employees
7,负责每月统计公司员工的考勤情况,考勤资料存档。Responsible for the monthly statistics of staff attendance, attendance information file.
8,协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作,为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务。To assist the superior to complete the work of the company's administrative affairs and the Department of internal day-to-day affairs, to provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments.
9,协助上级做好公司各部门之间的协调工作,积极完成上级交办的临时事务。To assist the superior to do a good job in the coordination between the various departments of the company, and actively complete the temporary affairs assigned by the superior.
任职要求:
1,大专以上学历 College Degree
2,熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件,会借助互联网查找资料。Skilled use of Excel, Word and other office software, will use the Internet to find information
3,具有英语读写能力;有英语沟通能力优先考虑。English reading and writing ability; English communication skill is preferred.
4,具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力,及较强的保密意识。With good communication skills, coordination ability, and strong sense of confidentiality;
5,熟练使用各种办公自动化设备。Proficiency in a variety of office automation equipment
6,具有良好的适应能力,能在压力下工作。Have good adaptability, can work under pressure.
7,有外资工作经验者优先考虑。Foreign working experience is preferred.
8,有相关工作经验者优先考虑。Related working experience is preferred.
