职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and processes in conformance to TS-16949 standard.
 2. Work closely with customers, operating groups and suppliers to resolve quality related issues through effective problem solving techniques and effectively manage the Quality function to ensure that the customer quality requirements are met.
 3. Work in partnership with Production, Process, Engineering, Materials, Sales, Human Resources, Finance and other functional areas to achieve the business objectives of the site
 4. Provide quality related technical advice based off of industry AIAG or customer specific standards to resolve quality matters and ensure continuous improvement.
 5. Manage departmental budget in a fiscally prudent manner. Coach/mentor staff to achieve continuous employee development
 6. Supervision of quality activities & personnel, coordination of new product launches, including all phases of APQP, PPAP submission and ECN implementation.
 7. Other tasks that assigned by leader




Education background/Qualifications:
 1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years progressive experience in quality management related functions, or an equivalent combination of education & experience
 2. Work experience in foreign company, 5+ years’ quality experience in Automotive industry, at least 2 years quality leader experience in quality department

 Working experience:
 1， Familiar with ISO/TS16949, customer complains and quality issue procedure, maintain quality system operation and internal audit.
 2， Edit relativity quality work instruction and have internal auditor certification.
 3， Familiar with quality tool, such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP.
 4， Familiar with all kinds of gauge and measurement equipment and mechanical process.
 5， Strong team spirit and responsibility, accurate and detail orientated.
 6， Familiar with quality industry standard in China, North America and Europe, such as sample model principle.
 7， Familiar with automotive industry requirements..
 8， Familiar with quality control/assurance in industry.

 Skills:
 1. Excellent English skill of listening, reading, writing and speaking.
 2. Responsibility, excellent communication ability, good leadership, change manager
