PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Assist with the development and expansion of the LEAD continuous improvement process across Actuant China.
? Develop and implement Policy Deployment strategy planning across all businesses, both within the facilities as well as the supplier development programs.
? Work with the business units to identify the needs of the businesses regarding LEAD process support
? Responsible to facilitate business process improvements for all businesses and operations in China to meet target.
? Responsible to facilitate end-to-end process mapping, opportunity finding, solution selection, implementation, and process control.
? Responsible to Project Manage the successful implementation and deployment of changes to processes and systems whilst promoting innovation and efficiency.
? Responsible to drive continuous improvements to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organization.
? Drive the execution of LEAD plan, LEAD assessment and development of VSM.
? Provide technical guidance and facilitate problem-solving methodologies regarding quality-related issues (ie. Six Sigma methodologies and MBF problem solving process and cost management).
? Evaluate and measure the impact LEAD is making on the business results, adjusting the support as needed to insure business result improvements
? Assist with the development of LEAD training materials. Translate existing materials where feasible. Drive the use of these tools across the China business units, through the facilitation of kaizen events.
? Support the on-going vitality of the LEAD website through timely use of event reporting, forums and News items.
? Support business units’ daily improvement activities

Education background/Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree (BS) from a four-year college or university, or a four-year technical degree or equivalent in engineering, business or related field.
? Six Sigma exposure/training with Black Belt or Green Belt training preferred.
? Lean Expert certification preferred.
? Project management certification preferred.
? Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively function in a supportive/consultative role. Must be able to show success by influencing others, not necessarily directing as this is a consultative role.
? Demonstrated experience facilitating the Toyota Production System method of Lean Manufacturing in multiple business environments and ability to lead teams
? Results oriented, open-minded

Working experience:
? Experience in Business process optimization and organization productivity and efficiency improvement is a must.
? Experience with the CI tools, (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Policy Deployment, Flow concepts, etc.) and knowledge about Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cellular Mfg, SMED, 3P, etc..
? At least 3 years working experience in a CI function.

Skills:
? Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both oral and written demonstrated by the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
? Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment, interacting effectively with multiple cultures.
? Capacity to understand the corporate vision, and the ability to share this vision with the business units.
? Strong time management skills and project management skills.
? Computer literacy and analytical skills must be above average, including experience with Microsoft suite of products and secondarily Visio and Minitab as needed. 举报 分享
