职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Collect and statistics the quality data as report monthly /quarterly/yearly on time.
2. Monitor monthly KPI to achieve company annual target.
3. Deal with Non-conforming product to monitor and follow up the quality exception during the whole process, plan the quality improvement both process and product.
4. Coordinate application engineer for new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time.
5. Create the related quality work instruction.
6. Organize related department to find out the root cause of the customer complaint and countermeasure as leader. Prepare the quality report and send to customer.
7. Host customer audits and follow up with improvement actions.
8. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.

Education background/Qualifications:
1. Requires a Bachelor degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience in quality function of manufacturing background is preferred.

Working experience:
3. Minimum 3 years relevant position work experience， in automotive company preferred.
4. Must have demonstrated knowledge of process quality control, inspection equipment and techniques, root cause failure analysis, capability studies and assembly processes, problem solving.
5. Knowledge of TS16949 required.
6. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
7. Familiar with drawing and measuring device
8. Experience with report writing in Microsoft Word and graphical analysis in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.
9. Experience in Minitab for statistical analysis preferred.

10. Fluent English
11. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
