This position is in PepsiCo China Foods OU, ML Plant.

Accountabilities

Warehouse overall management
? Manage all warehouse activities; systems and procedures to optimize daily operation on RM receiving; FG dispatch and support on production smoothly.
? Work closely with HQ supplier chain; DC and transportation suppliers to ensure the effective FG dispatch.
? Warehouse management for accurate record and goods inventory.
? Manage the 3rd party to meet MP production schedule and quality.
? Work as GCS control owner to ensure the compliance of execution.
? Warehouse related GMP and 5S execution.
? Develop and update warehouse related SOP to optimize the execution.
? Develop and manage all relevant KPI's and performance appraisal.

Planning overall management
? Work with OU planning team to manage the plant weekly MPS to meet supply chain's demand while optimize plant line efficiency.
? Manage the statistic process of plant data collection; analysis and reporting to ensure the data quality and support on plant performance review.
? Support on plant KPI setting; tracking and monthly review.
? Conduct monthly Measure up data upload timely.
? Manage the material planning and supply according to Forecast/Demand and production plan. Follow up the delivery to meet production requirement and changes.
? Manage and deliver complains from using of materials, communicate with suppliers and users to solve the problems timely.
? Manage plant OGS purchasing and develop suppliers sources for local plants' daily purchasing needs, meet the needs from internal functions in time;
? Set the standard level for materials inventory control with BU, to reduce the holding costs and risks.
? Support BU materials planning for products innovation, promotion and package update. Control all related materials of discontinued SKU, to minimize the rest material write-off.
? Build up and improve SOP to standardize the planning and purchasing operation.

Key skills/ Critical experience
? Minimum 5 years supervisory experience on production planning and warehouse management
? University education with supply chain or statistic related majors
? ERP system operation experience.
? Good Excel skill.
? Good communication skill and cooperate with others well.
? Team-working and team-building / People mgmt.
? Problem solving
? Speed and dynamism
? Fluent in English skill
