职位描述：
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Role Purpose：
Help manage the categories of Marketing & Sales Services incl. event, marketing research, gift, printing etc.
Support business needs in different department, such as IT, BD and Medical.
Help manage the vendor pool and procurement policy as a leader.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
Main Responsibilities Governance
Maintain and implement the category strategy of Marketing & Sales Services.
Well maintain current vendor pool
Accountable for supplier relationship management
Full understanding & compliance with Chiesi policy and act as internal “consultant” for stakeholders when there is uncertainty or mis-behavior related to Procurement policy/process


服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum bachelor degree
Knowledge of procurement or finance, SAP or Oracle
knowing of category management and sourcing achievements
2-3 years relevant experience

Skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
Self-motivated
Interpersonal communication skill
